My husband and I found an installer outside my neighbor’s house putting in Uverse so I him on all the bugs I had heard about the service (freezing,video probs, etc…) he told me that we would not have to be concerned about it since there is a fiber optic line just across the street but he has had some issues when the line is much farther away. Totally more enticing than the promos at AT&T businesses or the sales guys knocking on the door (no cash back). ATT Uverse is stunning, video is great and don’t forget to check the mail box for the rewards cards as they look like junk and I’m positive most people have discarded them in the trash without opening them. I guess that’s kind of the real secret behind use of the rebates. into installing their service and forget to actually apply their deals. Keep your eyes open for this! The service is totally worth the switch, without the cash back but it would be stupid to throw dough in the trash.
